Twist and Turn

I sit here, in this tropical paradise
Wind blowing, waves crashing on the shore
It’s quietly perfect here
But this is not what my heart finds dearest
What if it was just the nearest?
I don’t know
Although I intend to find out
Trust word of mouth
Listen and learn
Until I find myself
Again on a twist and turn
Of life
