Truthful Being And Seeing

Will it truly be so?
Forever in the shadows, I will glow?
Hopefully no, but still
I want to be seen so

I know I need to grow
Speak as strongly as the wind blows
Bestowed upon me the gift of true seeing
And deep feeling

There are times where things must be set aside
Abiding by those times can be challenging
Waiting for my time to shine
Seems to turn into a painful pursuit
With no truth

True feeling
Meaningful seeing
Authentic presence
Honest expression
Truthful showing up as me

These are the only ways to be
