Subconscious nice guys or men who don’t know they are nice guys have a pattern where they secretly try to be better than their teammates, coworkers, friends, etc.

This is always done in their mind, in covert ways. But in truth this leaks out in mean little comments, always wanting to stick their noses into everything and then saying things like “You didn’t know that? Pff, how could You not?”

Their actual goal is to get ahead by downplaying the competition while at the same time thinking that they are actually helping the other person. In their minds and in their beings they are in conflict.

What can one do about this?

Understand that the love they so desperately crave from the outside has to come from within.

Once they realize this they can now start lifting others up.

Because that is actually where the pattern is coming from, from the fear that they are not enough and have to compete for every drop of love out there!
